Using your oils
How do I use the Face Oil?
Press a few drops into your face, a few into your neck, and a few into your décolletage, morning and night.
Apply it alone or over your usual skincare products. Since oil is an occlusive, it will lock in what you've already applied and keep it close to your skin.
How do I use the Body Oil?
Apply it straight onto your arms, legs and shoulders, or warm it first in your palms. Be generous. We love it right before bed, or whenever you want to glow.
Can I use the Body Oil on my face?
We made our Face Oil particularly for the gentle skin needs of your face, so we recommend only the Face Oil for your face.
What is in each product?
Every product page lists the full ingredients: Face Oil and Body Oil.
We like to source Nordic ingredients like sea buckthorn, cloudberry and rosehip because we love the feel of these nutrient-dense oils.
Are your oils certified organic?
Yes. Both oils are COSMOS Organic, certified by ECOCERT Greenlife, and contain no GMO ingredients.
I have sensitive skin. Is it safe for me?
Test any new product on a small patch of skin first, and stop using it if you notice irritation. If you have a skin condition or allergies, ask your doctor before trying something new.
Orders, shipping and returns
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
At this time we ship within the United States only. Orders are prepared with care and typically leave within two business days, shipped via trackable courier.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery address.
Can I return something?
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping, and refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we will replace it or refund you in full, with no return shipping required.
How can I track my order?
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. If it has not arrived within a day of shipping, check your spam folder or write to us.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, though we would love to. Thank you for asking, and we hope to offer it in the future.
About Ängelholm
Where does the name Ängelholm come from?
Ängelholm is a place in Sweden, and it is where this began: a farmhouse, a great-grandmother's name traced back a hundred years, and a face oil recipe that started as a way to hold onto what I found there.
How do I pronounce it?
In Swedish it sounds roughly like "ENG-el-holm." Saying "angel-holm," as you would in English, is fine too. It is the same name and the same meaning either way.
